i-OSS is a mature and advanced system
established on the base of new information technologies and many
year’s experience from the realization of hundred of business/trade
companies, retail markets and chain stores. It manages order, stock,
distribution and sale of the enterprises, including various agreements,
bills of documents, business original data and statistic, as well
as some assistant information for accounting.
i-OSS is a MIS
based on the computer network, realizing the management for every
stage of the whole circulation of the merchandises. It includes
back-end management subsystem and front-end sale subsystem. The
front-end device can be POS cashier, or sales managing workstation,
they collect the sales information, while the back-end workstation
takes charge of list establishing(such as category, goods,
price) and order, stock, distribution managing, as well as statistic
and analysis etc. Managing
people can inquire about all business circulation information on
real time according to their access permissiom.

Function of i-OSS
All merchandises can be managed by building bar code and
inner code, print sales labels, and sold by scanning bar code, which
increases the efficiency and reduces errors.
In
the manner of Sales by POS cashier, the bar code of every merchandise
is scanned in, the system calculates the total price on automatically
acquiring the unit price information, and print the sales bill for
the customer.
i-OSS
support the order-sale mode. In this manner, the seller can sign
an agreement with the customer, by which we can set up some contract
articles, collect some order earnest or prepayment, and let the
customer pick up the goods on a specific date. Further more, pay
before picking-up or pay on goods reception, delivery on the spot
or delivery to buyer-designated place can be properly chosen.

The former provide automatic sales by standard price rules or sales
free from agreement signing, while the latter provide negotiated
or contracted sales.
